Every piece of equipment undergoes a rigorous multi-stage packaging process:
- Custom Crating: Large and sensitive systems are secured in ISPM-15 certified heat-treated wooden crates.
- Impact Protection: We use industrial-grade shock-absorption materials to prevent vibration damage.
- Vacuum Sealing: Moisture-sensitive components are vacuum-sealed with desiccant to prevent corrosion during sea freight.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer flexible shipping options tailored to your urgency and budget:
- Air Freight: Ideal for high-value, sensitive, or urgent equipment (5-9 days). Carriers: DHL, FedEx, UPS.
- Sea Freight: Cost-effective for bulk orders or heavy furniture (25-45 days). Available in FCL or LCL.
- White-Glove Delivery: Available for specific regions, including inside delivery and unpacking.
3. Tracking & Documentation
Once dispatched, you will receive a comprehensive tracking dossier including Master Air Waybill (MAWB) or Bill of Lading (BOL), real-time tracking, and pre-shipment photos.
4. Insurance & Liability
All shipments are covered by comprehensive transit insurance (All-Risk coverage) at 110% of the invoice value. We handle the claim process to ensure your peace of mind.
5. Customs & Duties
We handle all export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin). Import duties and local VAT are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms are requested.
